Our shoemaking process takes place in Spain, with the centre of our work in Almansa, Albacete. We combine local expertise, on-demand production and sustainable materials to create footwear without relying on mass production.

Steps in the Bullfeet custom shoe manufacturing process

From your idea to the finished pair

Five clear stages, one team responsible for the complete result.

  1. 01

    Design

We translate the project into a shoe: model, colours, materials, finishes and custom details.

  2. 02

    Material selection

We choose vegan and sustainable alternatives that meet the visual and functional needs of the project.

  3. 03

    Making

Our craftspeople cut, assemble and finish every pair in the Spanish footwear industry.

  4. 04

    Quality control

We check the finish, consistency and final presentation before preparing the order.

  5. 05

    Packing and delivery

The finished project is prepared to travel directly from our facilities to its destination.

Every detail. Every step.

A production model designed to make custom footwear responsibly.

01

Craftsmanship, not mass production

We make what we sell. This on-demand approach reduces unnecessary production and keeps the people making the product close to every decision.

02

A process you can understand

From the first brief to the finished pair, the project remains traceable, flexible and focused on quality.

01

We make only what we sell

Our production is carried out in Spain, mainly in Almansa. We do not manufacture anonymous stock: each order activates a real project and a production process with a destination.

02

Slow fashion, real impact

Approximately 800,000 tonnes of clothing end up in the trash every year. Manufacturing on demand helps us avoid adding unnecessary products to that cycle while reducing surplus stock and associated emissions.
