Remember that when you place an order, it takes 5 working days to be placed and then 2 working days to be shipped.

I want to change a textile/material of my product
In case your product is already being manufactured, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it. Remember that each order is handmade and exclusively for whoever buys it, so it can not be re-sold or re-used, that is why we can not cancel an order once it has been initiated.
I want to change the size of my product
This change can only be made one size up, one size down from the selected size.
I want to remove a product from my order
In case your product is already being manufactured, unfortunately we can not make any cancellation on it. Remember that each order is handmade and exclusively for whoever buys it, so it can not be re-sold or re-used, that is why we can not cancel an order once it has been initiated.
I want to add a product to my order
Can I order something that is not listed on the website?
I want to change the measurement profile assigned to one of my orders.
To change the measurement profile associated with one of your orders, simply follow the instructions here: Change the profile after an order has been processed.
If more than 24 hours have passed, your order is already in production and unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it. Remember that each order is handcrafted and custom made for each customer, therefore it cannot be re-sold or re-used, that is why we cannot cancel an order or a part of it once it has been initiated.
*Priority Access orders cannot be modified. This type of order is processed as soon as it is received.
Measurements in my Personal Area
Once you have completed your first order, you can always access your measurement profiles from your Personal Area. Log in to your Bullfeet account, click on “Profiles” and you will be able to create a new measurement profile or modify existing ones: Customer measurement profiles.
In case you want to check which measurement profile has been used in previous orders, you should visit this section: Order History.
