Do you accept exchanges and returns?
We accept size exchanges, size up/size down as long as the product is not used and you notify us within 15 days of receiving the order.
As we work on demand, manufacture exclusively for those who buy it, it is a customized product and we do not have stock, returns are unfeasible for us, so we do not accept the return of the product.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Ecology and sustainability is something that concerns us, so our production system is based on manufacturing only what is necessary to reduce the pollution of mass production and having products that we do not know if they will have an outlet.
In terms of packaging, we try to reduce plastic as much as possible, using cardboard boxes as the shipping method for all our products.

Textiles and materials
A fabric I liked is no longer available
We are constantly testing new fabrics in order to offer the widest customizer on the market. This can mean that if we do not like the result of a material or if we see a problem in its production, we can withdraw it without prior notice.

Can I send you a fabric so that you can make my product with it?
Unfortunately we are unable to do so. We do not work with fabrics provided by customers. We only produce garments with the fabrics available on our website which we know and we know first hand that the result will be good.
Do you use animal raw materials?
Everything you will see here is vegan and free of animal raw materials. From the fabrics we use to the glue we use is animal and planet friendly.
What is the difference between the soles?
Classic: Conventional sole available in the following colors: white, black, brown, white with recycled cork stoppers, black with recycled cork stoppers. Available from size 35 to 50. Height = 3 cm.
Saw: Low serrated sole to complement the classic or platform sole. Provides extra comfort to the foot. Available from size 35 to 50. Height = 1 cm.
Platform: Very comfortable and lightweight high sole that barely weighs. Available from size 36 to 42. Non-uniform height, front 3.5 cm - back 4.5 cm.
Blow: Lightweight and comfortable wave-shaped sole. Available from size 36 to 48. Non-uniform height, front 2.5 cm - back 4 cm.

Our insoles are dual density anatomical insoles with Memory Foam membranes. Which we guarantee will provide you with great comfort. They are also antibacterial and hypoallergenic, guaranteeing the freshness of the foot.

What if my order doesn't look like my design?
The order form that is generated when you make the purchase, goes directly to our factory colleagues to start making it, but we are human and we can make mistakes.
Don't worry, contact us through our e-mail address (customer@bullfeet.com) or via WhatsApp (by clicking on the icon that appears on the website) sending us a photo of the product and explaining the problem and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.

Sizes
If I have a wide foot, will your shoes fit me?
Our usual last is a medium last, if you have a very wide foot please contact us and depending on the size of your foot can be assessed the option of using a wider last exclusively for you.

How can I measure my foot to get the right size?
You will only need a sheet of paper, a pencil and a tape measure. To take the measurement you will need your heel to be resting on a wall. With the sheet of paper under your bare foot, draw the outline of your bare foot. Then measure from the longest end to the longest end and compare the cm on our size chart.

Where do you meet and manufacture?
Our manufacturing is centered only in Spain, specifically in Almansa, a town in Albacete.
There you will find our factory where all the people who work there are shoe craftsmen with a great experience behind them, who will take care of every detail so that your order arrives perfect.

What does NO STOCK mean?
What differentiates us from the rest is that we do not have stock, this means that we MANUFACTURE ONLY WHAT WE SELL, in this way we reduce the pollution of mass production and the creation of materials that we do not know if they will have an outlet and will end up in the garbage.

Can I make a custom embroidery?
The customizer offers the option to embroider letters, numbers or common keyboard characters on your footwear, if you want a specific and personalized embroidery such as a logo or special design, please contact us at customer@bullfeet.com where we will inform you of the extra cost involved and its feasibility.
Can I order one shoe/boot each way?
The answer is YES! By making everything personalized we can make each shoe with a different design. Get in touch with us by email customer@bullfeet.com and we tell you how to do it.

As we manufacture on demand, if we can make the sale of a single shoe/boot for people who only need one. Please contact us through customer@bullfeet.com and we tell you how you can buy just one shoe and, of course, pay half as much.
