As we work on demand, manufacture exclusively for those who buy it, it is a customized product and we do not have stock, returns are unfeasible for us, so we do not accept the return of the product.
If you want to make a gift and you are not sure if you are right, the best are our GIFT CARDS, this way the person who receives it will be able to design the product as he/she likes.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
In terms of packaging, we try to reduce plastic as much as possible, using cardboard boxes as the shipping method for all our products.
We work every day to improve every detail that can contribute to greater sustainability and improvement of the planet.

Can I send you a fabric so that you can make my product with it?
Do you use animal raw materials?
What is the difference between the soles?
Saw: Low serrated sole to complement the classic or platform sole. Provides extra comfort to the foot. Available from size 35 to 50. Height = 1 cm.
Platform: Very comfortable and lightweight high sole that barely weighs. Available from size 36 to 42. Non-uniform height, front 3.5 cm - back 4.5 cm.
Blow: Lightweight and comfortable wave-shaped sole. Available from size 36 to 48. Non-uniform height, front 2.5 cm - back 4 cm.
How is the inside of your shoes?
Microperforated inner lining. Highly breathable, provides a skin-like feel.
Fleece inner lining.To keep your feet warmer.

What if my order doesn't look like my design?
Don't worry, contact us through our e-mail address (customer@bullfeet.com) or via WhatsApp (by clicking on the icon that appears on the website) sending us a photo of the product and explaining the problem and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.
In the case of an error or problem on our part, we will assume the exchange of the product for an equal one.

Our advice is that if you hesitate between two sizes, take the smaller one, even if you don't get it right, don't worry, the first size change is FREE, size up, size down, as long as they are not used and you notify the change up to 15 days after receiving your order. You will only have to contact us via e-mail (customer@bullfeet.com) or by WhatsApp (icon that appears on the web) and we will manage the change of the same.
