Choose the model before collecting sizes
Record a model for each group. A low-top sneaker, a Chelsea boot and a barefoot model have different shapes. Do not assume that a size worn in another brand establishes the right fit for every Bullfeet model.
Use the size guide
Ask each person to consult the size guide for the selected model. Measure both feet as instructed and use the larger measurement when comparing them with the guide. If someone falls between sizes or needs help, check with the team before confirming.
Make one table per design
Use columns for a participant reference, model, EU size and number of pairs. Keep different logos or colour versions under separate design references. Then add the quantities by model and size; the total must match the project quantity.
Review before approval
Confirm the distribution, model and design reference together. Avoid collecting a second, conflicting version in a chat message. Keep one final table and send any change as an updated version before the order and design are approved.
