It's a size problem
The first size change is FREE, size up, size down, as long as the shoes are in perfect condition and unworn and no more than 15 days have passed since the receipt of your order.

Contact us by e-mail customer@bullfeet.com or by WhatsApp (by clicking on the icon that appears on the website) and we will manage the change.
Being customized products manufactured on demand, returns are unfeasible for us. The product you have purchased has been manufactured exclusively for you and has no outlet anywhere, so we accept size changes (your product is the same but is enlarged/decreased by one size) but we can not accept returns.
You will have to send the order back to our factory. That same order is the one we adjust size up / size down, that is, we do not manufacture another product again. When we have the change made we will send it back to you to the same address where the first shipment was made.
It's a product problem
We are sorry to hear that there is a quality problem with your product. You just need to open a support ticket by following these steps:

  • 1. Go to your Order History and click on “Open a Support Ticket ”*.
  • 2. Select Quality problem.
  • 3. Fill in all the required information about the problem. It is very important to provide the correct and accurate information to obtain the optimal solution.
  • 4. Done.

You will see that this process is very simple. Our commitment is to solve the problem as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your new perfectly adjusted item as soon as possible. :-)

Open a Support Ticket

*If you cannot “Open a Support Ticket”, it means that the 30 days valid for opening a ticket have passed once the order has been received (or you already have another ticket in progress).
We are sorry for this. We strive daily to ensure that this does not happen, but there is always the possibility of an error in the process.

If the error was ours, we will pick up the wrong order and we will send you the correct one as soon as possible.
We are sorry that this has happened. We delivered the package in perfect condition to the courier agency and we hope that on the way to your home it arrives in perfect condition but obviously anything can happen.
